Working with Cal was a great experience. He created an outstanding cover and formatted the book with the whole process completed in 2 days. I had some difficulty downloading my book to Smashwords and Cal spend many e-mails between us, including calling in favours from Smashwords to have me finally be able to have an e-book. As my book went through the process of insuring it was up to Smashwords standards everything passed before I finished filling out sales requirements. Thank you Cal for a great and professional job.
